2 Deus noster refugium et virtus;
adjutor in tribulationibus qu? invenerunt nos nimis.
  
3 Propterea non timebimus dum turbabitur terra,
et transferentur montes in cor maris.
  
4 Sonuerunt, et turbat? sunt aqu? eorum;
conturbati sunt montes in fortitudine ejus.
  
5 Fluminis impetus l?tificat civitatem Dei:
sanctificavit tabernaculum suum Altissimus.
  
6 Deus in medio ejus, non commovebitur;
adjuvabit eam Deus mane diluculo.
  
7 Conturbat? sunt gentes, et inclinata sunt regna:
dedit vocem suam, mota est terra.
  
8 Dominus virtutum nobiscum;
susceptor noster Deus Jacob.
  
9 Venite, et videte opera Domini,
qu? posuit prodigia super terram,

For the Bible in Latin, I have used the Vulgate text at the Clementine Vulgate Project website.
The only English translations from the Vulgate that are readily available are John Wycliffe's 14th century English Bible, and the the Douay Rheims/Challoner versions.
I have used the Wycliffe Bible text from the Wesley Centre website, where you can view this Bible in a number of formats.
I have used the Douay Rheims Text at the Unbound Bible website.
