15 LIBER VAIECRA ID EST LEVITICUS Leviticus - Wycliffe Bible(14c) Leviticus - Douay Rheims(17c) Reference
1 Locutusque est Dominus ad Moysen et Aaron, dicens: And the Lord spak to Moises and Aaron, and seide, And the Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron, saying: Bodily cleanliness. Lv.15.1-33
2 Loquimini filiis Isra?l, et dicite eis: Vir, qui patitur fluxum seminis, immundus erit. Speke ye to the sones of Israel, and seie ye to hem, A man that suffrith the rennyng out of seed, schal be vncleene; Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: The man that hath an issue of seed, shall be unclean.  
3 Et tunc judicabitur huic vitio subjacere, cum per singula momenta adh?serit carni ejus, atque concreverit f?dus humor. and thanne he schal be demed to be suget to this vice, whanne bi alle momentis foul vmour ethir moysture cleueth to his fleisch, and growith togidere. And then shall he be judged subject to this evil, when a filthy humour, at every moment, cleaveth to his flesh, and gathereth there.  
4 Omne stratum, in quo dormierit, immundum erit, et ubicumque sederit. Ech bed in which he slepith schal be vncleene, and where euer he sittith. Every bed on which he sleepeth, shall be unclean, and every place on which he sitteth.  
5 Si quis hominum tetigerit lectum ejus, lavabit vestimenta sua, et ipse lotus aqua, immundus erit usque ad vesperum. If ony man touchith his bed, he schal waische his clothis, and he schal be waischun in watir, and schal be vncleene til to euentid. If ally man touch his bed, he shall wash his clothes: and being washed with water, he shall be unclean until the evening.  
6 Si sederit ubi ille sederat, et ipse lavabit vestimenta sua: et lotus aqua, immundus erit usque ad vesperum. If a man sittith where he satt, also thilke man schal waische hise clothis, and he schal be waischun in watir, and schal be vnclene til to euentid. If a man sit where that man hath sitten, he also shall wash his clothes: and being washed with water, shall be unclean until the evening.  
7 Qui tetigerit carnem ejus, lavabit vestimenta sua: et ipse lotus aqua, immundus erit usque ad vesperum. He that touchith hise fleischis, schal waische hise clothis, and he schal be waischun in watir, and schal be vncleene til to euentid. He that toucheth his flesh, shall wash his clothes: and being himself washed with water shall be unclean until the evening.  
8 Si salivam hujuscemodi homo jecerit super eum qui mundus est, lavabit vestimenta sua: et lotus aqua, immundus erit usque ad vesperum. If sich a man castith out spetyng on hym that is cleene, he schal waische his clothis, and he schal be waischun in watir, and schal be vncleene til to euentid. If such a man cast his spittle upon him that is clean, he shall wash his clothes: and being washed with water, he shall be unclean until the evening.  
9 Sagma, super quo sederit, immundum erit: The sadil on which he sittith, The saddle on which he hath sitten shall be unclean.  
10 et quidquid sub eo fuerit, qui fluxum seminis patitur, pollutum erit usque ad vesperum. Qui portaverit horum aliquid, lavabit vestimenta sua: et ipse lotus aqua, immundus erit usque ad vesperum. schal be vncleene; and ech man that touchith what euer thing is vndur hym that suffrith the fletyng out of seed, schal be defoulid til to euentid. He that berith ony of these thingis, schal waische hise clothis, and he schal be waischun in watir, and schal be vncleene til to euentid. And whatsoever has been under him that hath the issue of seed, shall be unclean until the evening. He that carrieth any of these things, shall wash his clothes: and being washed with water, he shall be unclean until the evening.  
11 Omnis, quem tetigerit qui talis est, non lotis ante manibus, lavabit vestimenta sua, et lotus aqua, immundus erit usque ad vesperum. Ech man, whom he that is such touchith with hondis not waischun bifore, schal waische hise clothis, and he schal be waischun in watir, and schal be vncleene til to euentid. Every person whom such a one shall touch, not having washed his hands before, shall wash his clothes: and being washed with water, shall be unclean until the evening.  
12 Vas fictile quod tetigerit confringetur: vas autem ligneum lavabitur aqua. A vessel of erthe which he touchith, schal be brokun; but a vessel of tre schal be waischun in watir. If he touch a vessel of earth, it shall be broken: but if a vessel of wood, if shall be washed with water.  
13 Si sanatus fuerit qui hujuscemodi sustinet passionem, numerabit septem dies post emundationem sui, et lotis vestibus et toto corpore in aquis viventibus, erit mundus. If he that suffrith sich a passioun, is heelid, he schal noumbre seuene daies aftir his clensyng, and whanne the clothis and al the bodi ben waischun in lyuynge watris, he schal be clene. If he who suffereth this disease be healed, he shall number seven days after his cleansing, and having washed his clothes, and all his body in living water, he shall be clean.  
14 Die autem octavo sumet duos turtures, aut duos pullos columb?, et veniet in conspectum Domini ad ostium tabernaculi testimonii, dabitque eos sacerdoti: Forsothe in the eiytthe dai he schal take twei turtlis, ethir twei briddis of a culuer, and he schal come in the siyt of the Lord at the dore of tabernacle of witnessyng, and schal yyue tho to the preest; And on the eighth day he shall take two turtles, or two young pigeons, and he shall come before the Lord, to the door of the tabernacle of the testimony, and shall give them to the priest:  
15 qui faciet unum pro peccato et alterum in holocaustum: rogabitque pro eo coram Domino, ut emundetur a fluxi seminis sui. and the preest schal make oon for synne, and the tother in to brent sacrifice; and the preest schal preye for hym bifor the Lord, that he be clensid fro the fletyng out of his seed. Who shall offer one for sin, and the other for a holocaust: and he shall pray for him before the Lord, that he may be cleansed of the issue of his seed.  
16 Vir de quo egreditur semen coitus, lavabit aqua omne corpus suum: et immundus erit usque ad vesperum. A man fro whom the seed of letcherie, ethir of fleischli couplyng, goith out, schal waische in watir al his bodi, and he schal be vncleene til to euentid. The man from whom the seed of copulation goeth out, shall wash all his body with water: and he shall be unclean until the evening.  
17 Vestem et pellem, quam habuerit, lavabit aqua, et immunda erit usque ad vesperum. He schal waische in watir the cloth and skyn which he hath, and it schal be unclene til to euentid. The garment or skin that he weareth, he shall wash with water, and it shall be unclean until the evening.  
18 Mulier, cum qua coierit, lavabitur aqua, et immunda erit usque ad vesperum. The womman with which he is couplid fleischli, schal be waischun in watir, and schal be vncleene til to euentid. The woman, with whom he copulateth, shall be washed with water, and shall be unclean until the evening.  
19 Mulier, qu? redeunte mense patitur fluxum sanguinis, septem diebus separabitur. A womman that suffrith the fletyng out of blood, whanne the moneth cometh ayen, schal be departid bi seuene daies; ech man that touchith hir schal be vncleene til to euentid, The woman, who at the return of the month, hath her issue of blood, shall be separated seven days.  
20 Omnis qui tetigerit eam, immundus erit usque ad vesperum: and the place in which sche slepith ether sittith in the daies of hir departyng, schal be defoulid. Every one that toucheth her, shall be unclean until the evening.  
21 et in quo dormierit vel sederit diebus separationis su?, polluetur. He that touchith her bed, schal waische hise clothis, and he schal be waischun in watir, and schal be vncleene til to euentid. 21And every thing that she sleepeth on, or that she sitteth on in the days of her separation, shall be defiled.  
22 Qui tetigerit lectum ejus, lavabit vestimenta sua: et ipse lotus aqua, immundus erit usque ad vesperum. Who euer touchith ony vessel on which sche sittith, he schal waische hise clothis, and he schal be waischun in watir, and schal be defoulid til to euentid. He that toucheth her bed shall wash his clothes: and being himself washed with water, shall be unclean until the evening.  
23 Omne vas, super quo illa sederit, quisquis attigerit, lavabit vestimenta sua: et ipse lotus aqua, pollutus erit usque ad vesperum. If a man is couplid fleischli with hir in the tyme of blood that renneth bi monethis, he schal be vncleene bi seuene daies, and ech bed in which he slepith schal be defoulid. Whosoever shall touch any vessel on which she sitteth, shall wash his clothes: and himself being washed with water, shall be defiled until the evening.  
24 Si coierit cum ea vir tempore sanguinis menstrualis, immundus erit septem diebus: et omne stratum, in quo dormierit, polluetur. A womman that suffrith in many daies the fletyng out of blood, not in the tyme of monethis, ethir which womman ceessith not to flete out blood aftir the blood of monethis, schal be vncleene as longe as sche schal be suget to this passioun, as if sche is in the tyme of monethis. If a man copulateth with her in the time of her flowers, he shall be unclean seven days: and every bed on which he shall sleep shall be defiled.  
25 Mulier, qu? patitur multis diebus fluxum sanguinis non in tempore menstruali, vel qu? post menstruum sanguinem fluere non cessat, quamdiu subjacet huic passioni, immunda erit quasi sit in tempore menstruo. Ech bed in which sche slepith, and vessel in which sche sittith, schal be defoulid. The woman that hath an issue of blood many days out of her ordinary time, or that ceaseth not to flow after the monthly courses, as long as she is subject to this disease, shall be unclean, in the same manner as if she were in her flowers.  
26 Omne stratum, in quo dormierit, et vas in quo sederit, pollutum erit. Who euer touchith hir schal waische his clothis, and he schal be waischun in watir, and schal be vncleene til to euentid. Every bed on which she sleepeth, and every vessel on which she sitteth, shall be defiled.  
27 Quicumque tetigerit ea, lavabit vestimenta sua: et ipse lotus aqua, immundus erit usque ad vesperam. If the blood stondith, and ceessith to flete out, sche schal noumbre seuene daies of hir clensyng, Whosoever toucheth them shall wash his clothes: and himself being washed with water, shall be unclean until the evening.  
28 Si steterit sanguis, et fluere cessaverit, numerabit septem dies purificationis su and in the eiytthe dai sche schal offre for hir silf to the preest twei turtlis, ethir twei briddis of culueris, at the dore of the tabernacle of witnessyng; If the blood stop and cease to run, she shall count seven days of her purification:  
29 et die octavo offeret pro se sacerdoti duos turtures, aut duos pullos columbarum, ad ostium tabernaculi testimonii: and the preest schal make oon for synne, and the tothir in to brent sacrifice; and the preest schal preye for hir bifor the Lord, and for the fletyng out of hir vnclennesse. And on the eighth day she shall offer for herself to the priest, two turtles, or two young pigeons, at the door of the tabernacle of the testimony:  
30 qui unum faciet pro peccato, et alterum in holocaustum, rogabitque pro ea coram Domino, et pro fluxu immunditi? ejus. Therfor ye schulen teche the sones of Israel, that thei eschewe vnclennessis, and that thei die not for her filthis, whanne thei defoulen my tabernacle which is among hem. And he shall offer one for sin, and the other for a holocaust, and he shall pray for her before the Lord, and for the issue of her uncleanness.  
31 Docebitis ergo filios Isra?l ut caveant immunditiam, et non moriantur in sordibus suis, cum polluerint tabernaculum meum quod est inter eos. This is the lawe of hym that suffrith fletyng out of seed, and which is defoulid with fleischly couplyng, You shall teach therefore the children of Israel to take heed of uncleanness, that they may not die in their filth, when they shall have defiled my tabernacle that is among them.  
32 Ista est lex ejus, qui patitur fluxum seminis, et qui polluitur coitu, and of a womman which is departid in the tymes of monethis, ethir which flowith out in contynuel blood, and of the man that slepith with hir. This is the law of him that hath the issue of seed, and that is defiled by copulation.  
33 et qu? menstruis temporibus separatur, vel qu? jugi fluit sanguine, et hominis qui dormierit cum ea. And of the woman that is separated in her monthly times, or that hath a continual issue of blood, and of the man that sleepeth with her.
