1Si autem audieris vocem Domini Dei tui, ut facias atque custodias omnia mandata ejus, quæ ego præcipio tibi hodie, faciet te Dominus Deus tuus excelsiorem cunctis gentibus, quæ versantur in terra. Forsothe if thou herist the vois of thi Lord God, that thou do and kepe alle hise comaundementis, whiche Y comaunde to thee to dai, thi Lord God schal make the hiyere than alle folkis that lyuen in erthe. Now if thou wilt hear the voice of the Lord thy God, to do and keep all his commandments, which I command thee this day, the Lord thy God will make thee higher than all the nations that are on the earth. 2Venientque super te universæ benedictiones istæ, et apprehendent te: si tamen præcepta ejus audieris. And alle these blessyngis schulen come on thee, and schulen take thee; if netheles thou herist hise comaundementis. And all these blessings shall come upon thee and overtake thee: yet so if thou hear his precepts,  
3Benedictus tu in civitate, et benedictus in agro. Thou schalt be blessid in citee, and blessid in feeld; Blessed shalt thou be in the city, and blessed in the field.  
4Benedictus fructus ventris tui, et fructus terræ tuæ, fructusque jumentorum tuorum, greges armentorum tuorum, et caulæ ovium tuarum. blessid schal be the fruyt of thi wombe, and the fruyt of thi lond, and the fruit of thi beestis; blessid schulen be the flockis of thi grete beestis, and the fooldis of thi scheep; Blessed shall be the fruit of thy womb, and the fruit of thy ground, and the fruit of thy cattle, the droves of thy herds, and the folds of thy sheep.  
5Benedicta horrea tua, et benedictæ reliquiæ tuæ. blessid schulen be thi bernes, and blessid schulen be thi relifs; Blessed shall be thy barns and blessed thy stores.  
6Benedictus eris tu ingrediens et egrediens. thou schalt be blessid entrynge, and goynge out. Blessed shalt thou be coming in and going out.  
7Dabit Dominus inimicos tuos, qui consurgunt adversum te, corruentes in conspectu tuo: per unam viam venient contra te, et per septem fugient a facie tua. The Lord schal yyue thin enemyes fallynge in thi siyt, that schulen rise ayens thee; bi o weie thei schulen come ayens thee, and by seuene weies thei schulen fle fro thi face. The Lord shall cause thy enemies, that rise up against thee, to fall down before thy face: one way shall they come out against thee, and seven ways shall they flee before thee.  
8Emittet Dominus benedictionem super cellaria tua, et super omnia opera manuum tuarum: benedicetque tibi in terra, quam acceperis. The Lord schal sende out blessyng on thi celeris, and on alle the werkis of thin hondis; and he schal blesse thee in the lond which thou hast take. The Lord will send forth a blessing upon thy storehouses, and upon all the works of thy hands: and will bless thee in the land that thou shalt receive.  
9Suscitabit te Dominus sibi in populum sanctum, sicut juravit tibi: si custodieris mandata Domini Dei tui, et ambulaveris in viis ejus. The Lord schal reise thee to hym silf in to an hooli puple, as he swoor to thee, if thou kepist the heestis of thi Lord God, and goist in his weies. The Lord will raise thee up to be a holy people to himself, as he swore to thee: if thou keep the commandments of the Lord thy God, and walk in his ways.  
10Videbuntque omnes terrarum populi quod nomen Domini invocatum sit super te, et timebunt te. And alle the puples of londis schulen se, that the name of the Lord is inwardli clepid on thee, and thei schulen drede thee. And all the people of the earth shall see that the name of the Lord is invocated upon thee, and they shall fear thee.  
11Abundare te faciet Dominus omnibus bonis, fructu uteri tui, et fructu jumentorum tuorum, fructu terræ tuæ, quam juravit Dominus patribus tuis ut daret tibi. The Lord schal make thee to be plenteuouse in alle goodis, in fruyt of thi wombe, and in fruyt of thi beestis, in the fruyt of thi lond, which the Lord swoor to thi fadris, that he schulde yyue to thee. The Lord will make thee abound with all goods, with the fruit of thy womb, and the fruit of thy cattle, with the fruit of thy land, which the Lord swore to thy fathers that he would give thee.  
12Aperiet Dominus thesaurum suum optimum, cælum, ut tribuat pluviam terræ tuæ in tempore suo: benedicetque cunctis operibus manuum tuarum. Et fœnerabis gentibus multis, et ipse a nullo fœnusaccipies. The Lord schal opene his beste tresour, heuene, that he yyue reyn to thi lond in his tyme; and he schal blesse alle the werkis of thin hondis; and thou schalt leene to many folkis, and of no man thou schalt take borewyng. The Lord will open his excellent treasure, the heaven, that it may give rain in due season: and he will bless all the works of thy hands. And thou shalt lend to many nations, and shalt not borrow of any one.  
13Constituet te Dominus in caput, et non in caudam: et eris semper supra, et non subter: si tamen audieris mandata Domini Dei tui quæ ego præcipio tibi hodie, et custodieris et feceris, The Lord God schal sette thee in to the heed, and not in to the tail, and euere thou schalt be aboue, and not bynethe; if netheles thou herist the comaundementis of thi Lord God, whiche Y comaunde to thee to day, and kepist, And the Lord shall make thee the head and not the tail: and thou shalt be always above, and not beneath: yet so if thou wilt hear the commandments of the Lord thy God which I command thee this day, and keep and do them,  
14ac non declinaveris ab eis nec ad dexteram, nec ad sinistram, nec secutus fueris deos alienos, neque colueris eos. and doist, and bowist not awey fro tho, nether to the riyt side nether to the lefte side, nether suest alien goddis, nethir worschipist hem. And turn not away from them neither to the right hand, nor to the left, nor follow strange gods, nor worship them.
