| 1 | Καὶ ἐλάλησεν κύριος πρὸς Μωυσῆν λέγων |
And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, | Care of lamps. Lv.24.1-4 | Ex.27.20-21 | The LORD said to Moses, | וַיְדַבֵּר יְהוָה אֶל־מֹשֶׁה לֵּאמֹר׃ |

| 2 | Ἔντειλαι τοῖς υἱοῖς Ισραηλ καὶ λαβέτωσάν μοι ἔλαιον ἐλάινον καθαρὸν κεκομμένον εἰς φῶς καῦσαι λύχνον διὰ παντός. |
Charge the children of Israel, and let them take for you pure olive oil beaten for the light, to burn a lamp continually, | | "Command the people of Israel to bring you pure oil from beaten olives for the lamp, that a light may be kept burning continually. | צַו אֶת־בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְיִקְחוּ אֵלֶיךָ שֶׁמֶן זַיִת זָךְ כָּתִית לַמָּאֹור לְהַעֲלֹת נֵר תָּמִיד׃ |

| 3 | ἔξωθεν τοῦ καταπετάσματος ἐν τῇ σκηνῇ τοῦ μαρτυρίου καύσουσιν αὐτὸν Ααρων καὶ οἱ υἱοὶ αὐτοῦ ἀπὸ ἑσπέρας ἕως πρωῒ ἐνώπιον κυρίου ἐνδελεχῶς· νόμιμον αἰώνιον εἰς τὰς γενεὰς ὑμῶν. |
outside the veil in the tabernacle of witness; and Aaron and his sons shall burn it from evening until morning before the Lord continually, a perpetual statute throughout your generations. | | Outside the veil of the testimony, in the tent of meeting, Aaron shall keep it in order from evening to morning before the LORD continually; it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations. | מִחוּץ לְפָרֹכֶת הָעֵדֻת בְּאֹהֶל מֹועֵד יַעֲרֹךְ אֹתֹו אַהֲרֹן מֵעֶרֶב עַד־בֹּקֶר לִפְנֵי יְהוָה תָּמִיד חֻקַּת עֹולָם לְדֹרֹתֵיכֶם׃ |

| 4 | ἐπὶ τῆς λυχνίας τῆς καθαρᾶς καύσετε τοὺς λύχνους ἔναντι κυρίου ἕως τὸ πρωί. |
Ye shall burn the lamps on the pure lamp-stand before the Lord till the morrow. | | He shall keep the lamps in order upon the lampstand of pure gold before the LORD continually. | עַל הַמְּנֹרָה הַטְּהֹרָה יַעֲרֹךְ אֶת־הַנֵּרֹות לִפְנֵי יְהוָה תָּמִיד׃ ף |

| 5 | Καὶ λήμψεσθε σεμίδαλιν καὶ ποιήσετε αὐτὴν δώδεκα ἄρτους, δύο δεκάτων ἔσται ὁ ἄρτος ὁ εἷς· |
And you shall take fine flour, and make of it twelve loaves; each loaf shall be of two tenth parts. | Bread offerings. Lv.24.5-9 | "And you shall take fine flour, and bake twelve cakes of it; two tenths of an ephah shall be in each cake. | וְלָקַחְתָּ סֹלֶת וְאָפִיתָ אֹתָהּ שְׁתֵּים עֶשְׂרֵה חַלֹּות שְׁנֵי עֶשְׂרֹנִים יִהְיֶה הַחַלָּה הָאֶחָת׃ |

| 6 | καὶ ἐπιθήσετε αὐτοὺς δύο θέματα, ἓξ ἄρτους τὸ ἓν θέμα, ἐπὶ τὴν τράπεζαν τὴν καθαρὰν ἔναντι κυρίου. |
And you shall put them [in] two rows, each row [containing] six loaves, on the pure table before the Lord. | | And you shall set them in two rows, six in a row, upon the table of pure gold. | וְשַׂמְתָּ אֹותָם שְׁתַּיִם מַעֲרָכֹות שֵׁשׁ הַמַּעֲרָכֶת עַל הַשֻּׁלְחָן הַטָּהֹר לִפְנֵי יְהוָה׃ |

| 7 | καὶ ἐπιθήσετε ἐπὶ τὸ θέμα λίβανον καθαρὸν καὶ ἅλα, καὶ ἔσονται εἰς ἄρτους εἰς ἀνάμνησιν προκείμενα τῷ κυρίῳ. |
And you shall put on [each] row pure frankincense and salt; and [these things] shall be for loaves for a memorial, set forth before the Lord. | | And you shall put pure frankincense with each row, that it may go with the bread as a memorial portion to be offered by fire to the LORD. | וְנָתַתָּ עַל־הַמַּעֲרֶכֶת לְבֹנָה זַכָּה וְהָיְתָה לַלֶּחֶם לְאַזְכָּרָה אִשֶּׁה לַיהוָה׃ |

| 8 | τῇ ἡμέρᾳ τῶν σαββάτων προθήσεται ἔναντι κυρίου διὰ παντὸς ἐνώπιον τῶν υἱῶν Ισραηλ διαθήκην αἰώνιον. |
On the sabbath-day they shall be set forth before the Lord continually before the children of Israel, for an everlasting covenant. | | Every sabbath day Aaron shall set it in order before the LORD continually on behalf of the people of Israel as a covenant for ever. | בְּיֹום הַשַּׁבָּת בְּיֹום הַשַּׁבָּת יַעַרְכֶנּוּ לִפְנֵי יְהוָה תָּמִיד מֵאֵת בְּנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵל בְּרִית עֹולָם׃ |

| 9 | καὶ ἔσται Ααρων καὶ τοῖς υἱοῖς αὐτοῦ, καὶ φάγονται αὐτὰ ἐν τόπῳ ἁγίῳ· ἔστιν γὰρ ἅγια τῶν ἁγίων τοῦτο αὐτῷ ἀπὸ τῶν θυσιαζομένων τῷ κυρίῳ, νόμιμον αἰώνιον. |
And they shall be for Aaron and his sons, and they shall eat them in the holy place: for this is their most holy portion of the offerings made to the Lord, a perpetual statute. | | And it shall be for Aaron and his sons, and they shall eat it in a holy place, since it is for him a most holy portion out of the offerings by fire to the LORD, a perpetual due." | וְהָיְתָה לְאַהֲרֹן וּלְבָנָיו וַאֲכָלֻהוּ בְּמָקֹום קָדֹשׁ כִּי קֹדֶשׁ קָדָשִׁים הוּא לֹו מֵאִשֵּׁי יְהוָה חָק־עֹולָם׃ ס |

| 10 | Καὶ ἐξῆλθεν υἱὸς γυναικὸς Ισραηλίτιδος καὶ οὗτος ἦν υἱὸς Αἰγυπτίου ἐν τοῖς υἱοῖς Ισραηλ, καὶ ἐμαχέσαντο ἐν τῇ παρεμβολῇ ὁ ἐκ τῆς Ισραηλίτιδος καὶ ὁ ἄνθρωπος ὁ Ισραηλίτης, |
And there went forth a son of an Israelitish woman, and he was son of an Egyptian man among the sons of Israel; and they fought in the camp, the son of the Israelitish woman, and a man who was an Israelite. | Penalties. Lv.24.10-23 | Now an Israelite woman's son, whose father was an Egyptian, went out among the people of Israel; and the Israelite woman's son and a man of Israel quarreled in the camp, | וַיֵּצֵא בֶּן־אִשָּׁה יִשְׂרְאֵלִית וְהוּא בֶּן־אִישׁ מִצְרִי בְּתֹוךְ בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וַיִּנָּצוּ בַּמַּחֲנֶה בֶּן הַיִּשְׂרְאֵלִית וְאִישׁ הַיִּשְׂרְאֵלִי׃ |

| 11 | καὶ ἐπονομάσας ὁ υἱὸς τῆς γυναικὸς τῆς Ισραηλίτιδος τὸ ὄνομα κατηράσατο, καὶ ἤγαγον αὐτὸν πρὸς Μωυσῆν· καὶ τὸ ὄνομα τῆς μητρὸς αὐτοῦ Σαλωμιθ θυγάτηρ Δαβρι ἐκ τῆς φυλῆς Δαν. |
And the son of the Israelitish woman named THE NAME and curse; and they brought him to Moses: and his mother's name was Salomith, daughter of Dabri of the tribe of Dan. | | and the Israelite woman's son blasphemed the Name, and cursed. And they brought him to Moses. His mother's name was Shelo'mith, the daughter of Dibri, of the tribe of Dan. | וַיִּקֹּב בֶּן־הָאִשָּׁה הַיִּשְׂרְאֵלִית אֶת־הַשֵּׁם וַיְקַלֵּל וַיָּבִיאוּ אֹתֹו אֶל־מֹשֶׁה וְשֵׁם אִמֹּו שְׁלֹמִית בַּת־דִּבְרִי לְמַטֵּה־דָן׃ |

| 12 | καὶ ἀπέθεντο αὐτὸν εἰς φυλακὴν διακρῖναι αὐτὸν διὰ προστάγματος κυρίου. |
And they put him in ward, to judge him by the command of the Lord. | | And they put him in custody, till the will of the LORD should be declared to them. | וַיַּנִּיחֻהוּ בַּמִּשְׁמָר לִפְרֹשׁ לָהֶם עַל־פִּי יְהוָה׃ ף |

| 13 | καὶ ἐλάλησεν κύριος πρὸς Μωυσῆν λέγων |
And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, | | And the LORD said to Moses, | וַיְדַבֵּר יְהוָה אֶל־מֹשֶׁה לֵּאמֹר׃ |

| 14 | Ἑξάγαγε τὸν καταρασάμενον ἔξω τῆς παρεμβολῆς, καὶ ἐπιθήσουσιν πάντες οἱ ἀκούσαντες τὰς χεῖρας αὐτῶν ἐπὶ τὴν κεφαλὴν αὐτοῦ, καὶ λιθοβολήσουσιν αὐτὸν πᾶσα ἡ συναγωγή. |
Bring forth him that cursed outside the camp, and all who heard shall lay their hands upon his head, and all the congregation shall stone him. | | "Bring out of the camp him who cursed; and let all who heard him lay their hands upon his head, and let all the congregation stone him. | הֹוצֵא אֶת־הַמְקַלֵּל אֶל־מִחוּץ לַמַּחֲנֶה וְסָמְכוּ כָל־הַשֹּׁמְעִים אֶת־יְדֵיהֶם עַל־רֹאשֹׁו וְרָגְמוּ אֹתֹו כָּל־הָעֵדָה׃ |
14 |
| 15 | καὶ τοῖς υἱοῖς Ισραηλ λάλησον καὶ ἐρεῖς πρὸς αὐτούς Ἄνθρωπος, ὃς ἐὰν καταράσηται θεόν, ἁμαρτίαν λήμψεται· |
And speak to the sons of Israel, and you shall say to them, Whosoever shall curse God shall bear his sin. | | And say to the people of Israel, Whoever curses his God shall bear his sin. | וְאֶל־בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל תְּדַבֵּר לֵאמֹר אִישׁ אִישׁ כִּי־יְקַלֵּל אֱלֹהָיו וְנָשָׂא חֶטְאֹו׃ |
15 |
| 16 | ὀνομάζων δὲ τὸ ὄνομα κυρίου θανάτῳ θανατούσθω· λίθοις λιθοβολείτω αὐτὸν πᾶσα συναγωγὴ Ισραηλ· ἐάν τε προσήλυτος ἐάν τε αὐτόχθων, ἐν τῷ ὀνομάσαι αὐτὸν τὸ ὄνομα κυρίου τελευτάτω. |
And he that names the name of the Lord, let him die the death: let all the congregation of Israel stone him with stones; whether he be a stranger or a native, let him die for naming the name of the Lord. | | He who blasphemes the name of the LORD shall be put to death; all the congregation shall stone him; the sojourner as well as the native, when he blasphemes the Name, shall be put to death. | וְנֹקֵב שֵׁם־יְהוָה מֹות יוּמָת רָגֹום יִרְגְּמוּ־בֹו כָּל־הָעֵדָה כַּגֵּר כָּאֶזְרָח בְּנָקְבֹו־שֵׁם יוּמָת׃ |
16 |
| 17 | καὶ ἄνθρωπος, ὃς ἂν πατάξῃ ψυχὴν ἀνθρώπου καὶ ἀποθάνῃ, θανάτῳ θανατούσθω. |
And whosoever shall smite a man and he die, let him die the death. | | He who kills a man shall be put to death. | וְאִישׁ כִּי יַכֶּה כָּל־נֶפֶשׁ אָדָם מֹות יוּמָת׃ |
17 |
| 18 | καὶ ὃς ἂν πατάξῃ κτῆνος καὶ ἀποθάνῃ, ἀποτεισάτω ψυχὴν ἀντὶ ψυχῆς. |
And whosoever shall smite a beast, and it shall die, let him render life for life. | | He who kills a beast shall make it good, life for life. | וּמַכֵּה נֶפֶשׁ־בְּהֵמָה יְשַׁלְּמֶנָּה נֶפֶשׁ תַּחַת נָפֶשׁ׃ |
18 |
| 19 | καὶ ἐάν τις δῷ μῶμον τῷ πλησίον, ὡς ἐποίησεν αὐτῷ, ὡσαύτως ἀντιποιηθήσεται αὐτῷ· |
And whosoever shall inflict a blemish on his neighbour, as he has done to him, so shall it be done to himself in return; | | When a man causes a disfigurement in his neighbor, as he has done it shall be done to him, | וְאִישׁ כִּי־יִתֵּן מוּם בַּעֲמִיתֹו כַּאֲשֶׁר עָשָׂה כֵּן יֵעָשֶׂה לֹּו׃ |
19 |
| 20 | σύντριμμα ἀντὶ συντρίμματος, ὀφθαλμὸν ἀντὶ ὀφθαλμοῦ, ὀδόντα ἀντὶ ὀδόντος· καθότι ἂν δῷ μῶμον τῷ ἀνθρώπῳ, οὕτως δοθήσεται αὐτῷ. |
bruise for bruise, eye for eye, tooth for tooth: as any one may inflict a blemish on a man, so shall it be rendered to him. | | fracture for fracture, eye for eye, tooth for tooth; as he has disfigured a man, he shall be disfigured. | שֶׁבֶר תַּחַת שֶׁבֶר עַיִן תַּחַת עַיִן שֵׁן תַּחַת שֵׁן כַּאֲשֶׁר יִתֵּן מוּם בָּאָדָם כֵּן יִנָּתֶן בֹּו׃ |

| 21 | ὃς ἂν πατάξῃ ἄνθρωπον καὶ ἀποθάνῃ, θανάτῳ θανατούσθω· |
Whosoever shall smite a man, and he shall die, let him die the death. | | He who kills a beast shall make it good; and he who kills a man shall be put to death. | וּמַכֵּה בְהֵמָה יְשַׁלְּמֶנָּה וּמַכֵּה אָדָם יוּמָת׃ |
21 |
| 22 | δικαίωσις μία ἔσται τῷ προσηλύτῳ καὶ τῷ ἐγχωρίῳ, ὅτι ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὑμῶν. |
There shall be one judgment for the stranger and the native, for I [am] the Lord your God. | | You shall have one law for the sojourner and for the native; for I am the LORD your God." | מִשְׁפַּט אֶחָד יִהְיֶה לָכֶם כַּגֵּר כָּאֶזְרָח יִהְיֶה כִּי אֲנִי יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם׃ |

| 23 | καὶ ἐλάλησεν Μωϋσῆς τοῖς υἱοῖς Ισραηλ καὶ ἐξήγαγον τὸν καταρασάμενον ἔξω τῆς παρεμβολῆς καὶ ἐλιθοβόλησαν αὐτὸν ἐν λίθοις· καὶ οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ ἐποίησαν καθὰ συνέταξεν κύριος τῷ Μωυσῇ. |
And Moses spoke to the children of Israel, and they brought him that had cursed out of the camp, and stoned him with stones: and the children of Israel did as the Lord commanded Moses. | | So Moses spoke to the people of Israel; and they brought him who had cursed out of the camp, and stoned him with stones. Thus the people of Israel did as the LORD commanded Moses. | וַיְדַבֵּר מֹשֶׁה אֶל־בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וַיֹּוצִיאוּ אֶת־הַמְקַלֵּל אֶל־מִחוּץ לַמַּחֲנֶה וַיִּרְגְּמוּ אֹתֹו אָבֶן וּבְנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵל עָשׂוּ כַּאֲשֶׁר צִוָּה יְהוָה אֶת־מֹשֶׁה׃ ף |
