29When a man hits you on the cheek, offer him the other cheek too; when a man takes your coat, let him have your shirt as well. τῷ τύπτοντί σε ἐπὶ τὴν σιαγόνα πάρεχε καὶ τὴν ἀλλην, καὶ ἀπὸ τοῦ αἰροντός σου τὸ ἱμάτιον καὶ τὸν χιτῶνα μὴ κωλύσῃς.
30Give to everyone who asks you; when a man takes what is yours, do not demand it back. παντὶ αἰτοῦντί σε δίδου, καὶ ἀπὸ τοῦ αἰροντος τὰ σὰ μὴ ἀπαίτει.
