| 23 | Then he took a cup, and having offered thanks to God he gave it to them; and they all drank from it. | | καὶ λαβὼν ποτήριον εὐχαριστήσας ἐδωκεν αὐτοῖς, καὶ ἐπιον ἐξ αὐτοῦ πάντες. |

| 24 | And he said, 'This is my blood of the covenant, shed for many. | | καὶ εἶπεν αὐτοῖς, Τοῦτό ἐστιν τὸ αἷμά μου τῆς διαθήκης τὸ ἐκχυννόμενον ὑπὲρ πολλῶν· |

| 25 | I tell you this: never again shall I drink from the fruit of the vine until that day when I drink it new in the kingdom of God.'
| | ἀμὴν λέγω ὑμῖν ὅτι οὐκέτι οὐ μὴ πίω ἐκ τοῦ γενήματος τῆς ἀμπέλου ἑως τῆς ἡμέρας ἐκείνης ὁταν αὐτὸ πίνω καινὸν ἐν τῇ βασιλείᾳ τοῦ θεοῦ. |
