10Then Judas Iscariot, one of the Twelve, went to the chief priests to betray him to them. Judas' Agreement to Betray Jesus Mk.14.10-11 (Jerusalem) | Mt.26.14-16 | Lk.22.3-6Καὶ Ἰούδας Ἰσκαριὼθ ὁ εἷς τῶν δώδεκα ἀπῆλθεν πρὸς τοὺς ἀρχιερεῖς ἵνα αὐτὸν παραδοῖ αὐτοῖς.
11When they heard what he had come for, they were greatly pleased, and promised him money; and he began to look for a good opportunity to betray him.
 οἱ δὲ ἀκούσαντες ἐχάρησαν καὶ ἐπηγγείλαντο αὐτῷ ἀργύριον δοῦναι. καὶ ἐζήτει πῶς αὐτὸν εὐκαίρως παραδοῖ.
