1 New English Bible (New Testament) Passage New Testament in Greek (UBS.Ed.26)

16Jesus was walking by the shore of the Sea of Galilee when he saw Simon and his brother Andrew on the lake at work with a casting-net; for they were fishermen.
17Jesus said to them, 'Come with me, and I will make you fishers of men.'
18And at once they left their nets and followed him.
19When he had gone a little further he saw James son of Zebedee and his brother John, who were in the boat overhauling their nets.
20He called them; and, leaving their father Zebedee in the boat with the hired men, they went off to follow him.
