Matthew: 24
29 'As soon as the distress of those days has passed, the sun will be darkened, the moon will not give her light, the stars will fall from the sky, the celestial powers will be shaken.
Mark: 13
24 'But in those days, after that distress, the sun will be darkened, the moon will not give her light; 25 the stars will come falling from the sky, the celestial powers will be shaken. 26 Then they will see the Son of Man coming in the clouds with great power and glory, 27 and he will send out the angels and gather his chosen from the four winds, from the farthest bounds of earth to the farthest bounds of heaven.
28 'Learn a lesson from the fig-tree. When its tender shoots appear and are breaking into leaf, you know that summer is near. 29 In the same way, when you see all this happening, you may know that the end is near, at the very door. 30 I tell you this: the present generation will live to see it all. 31 Heaven and earth will pass away; my words will never pass away.
32 'But about that day or that hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, not even the Son; only the Father.
33 'Be alert, be wakeful. You do not know when the moment comes. 34 It is like a man away from home: he has left his house and put his servants in charge, each with his own work to do, and he has ordered the doo rkeeper to stay a 35 Keep awake, then, for you do not know when the master of the house is coming. 36 Evening or midnight, cock-crow or early dawn - if he comes suddenly, he must not find you asleep. 37 And what I say to you, I say to everyone: Keep awake.'
Luke: 21
25 'Portents will appear in sun, moon, and stars. On earth nations will stand helpless, not knowing which way to turn from the roar and surge of the sea; 26 men will faint with terror at the thought of all that is coming upon the world; for the celestial powers will be shaken. 27 And then they will see the Son of Man coming on a cloud with great power and glory. 28 When all this begins to happen, stand upright and hold your heads high, because your liberation is near.'

The most generally known harmonies of the Gospels are based upon the Huck-Lietzmann Synopsis (1936) of the three gospels and Sparks' Synopsis (1964) of four gospels.
Many of the passages in these harmonies are too short to display in a useful manner on a web-page.
The katapi New Study Bible Synopsis of the Gospels is based upon the headings displayed in the New Study Bible reference table which in turn follows the headings printed in the United Bible Societies' New Testament in Greek.
These sections are more useful for bible study.
Columns are arranged so that first column is your chosen heading from the bible passage list.
This column is highlighted in light grey.
The harmonies that follow across the web-page are then in the normally accepted order.
For Old Testament references quoted by New Testament authors,
you should either go back to the passage listing web-page and select the link on the 'version' column;
or click on the column heading and search through the chapter for the relevant passage;
than select the OT passage from the reference column.
