1Ama itaque Dominum Deum tuum, et observa præcepta ejus et cæremonias, judicia atque mandata, omni tempore. Therfor loue thi Lord God, and kepe thou hise comaundementis and cerymonyes, domes and heestis, in al tyme. Therefore love the Lord thy God and observe his precepts and ceremonies, his judgments and commandments at all times. Love God. Dt.11.1-7
2Cognoscite hodie quæ ignorant filii vestri, qui non viderunt disciplinam Domini Dei vestri, magnalia ejus et robustam manum, extentumque brachium, Knowe ye to day tho thingis whiche youre sones knowen not, whiche sones sien not the doctryn of youre Lord God, hise grete dedis, and strong hond, and arm holdun forth, Know this day the things that your children know not, who saw not the chastisements of the Lord your God. his great doings and strong hand, and stretched out arm,  
3signa et opera quæ fecit in medio Ægypti Pharaoni regi, et universæ terræ ejus, myraclis and werkis, whiche he dide in the myddis of Egipt to Farao, kyng, and to al the lond of hym, and to al the oost of Egipcians, The signs and works which he did in the midst of Egypt to king Pharao, and to all his land,  
4omnique exercitui Ægyptiorum, et equis ac curribus: quomodo operuerint eos aquæ maris Rubri, cum vos persequerentur, et deleverit eos Dominus usque in præsentem diem: and to horsis, and carris; hou the watris of the reed see hiliden hem, whanne thei pursueden you, and the Lord dide awei hem til in to present dai; And to all the host of the Egyptians, and to their horses and chariots: how the waters of the Red Sea covered them, when they pursued you, and how the Lord destroyed them until this present day:  
5vobisque quæ fecerit in solitudine donec veniretis ad hunc locum: and whiche thingis the Lord dide to you in wildernesse, til ye camen to this place; And what he hath done to you in the wilderness, till you came to this place:  
6et Dathan atque Abiron filiis Eliab, qui fuit filius Ruben: quos aperto ore suo terra absorbuit, cum domibus et tabernaculis, et universa substantia eorum, quam habebant in medio Israël. and to Dathan and Abiron, the sones of Heliab, that was the sone of Ruben, whiche the erthe swolewide, whanne his mouth was openyd, with the housis and tabernaclis, and al the catel of hem which thei hadden, in the myddis of Israel. And to Dathan and Abiron the sons of Eliab, who was the son of Ruben: whom the earth, opening her mouth swallowed up with their households and tents, and all their substance, which they had in the midst of Israel.  
7Oculi vestri viderunt opera Domini magna quæ fecit, Youre iyen sien alle the grete werkis of the Lord, Your eyes have seen all the greet works of the Lord, that he hath done,
