11 | Alæ cherubim viginti cubitis extendebantur, ita ut una ala haberet cubitos quinque et tangeret parietem domus: et altera quinque cubitos habens, alam tangeret alterius cherub. |
The wyngis of cherubyns weren holdun forth bi twenti cubitis, so that o wynge hadde fyue cubitis, and touchide the wal of the hows; and the tother wynge hadde fyue cubitis, and touchide the wynge of the tother cherub. |
The wings of the cherubims were extended twenty cubits, so that one wing was five cubits long, and reached to the wall of the house: and the other was also five cubits long, and reached to the wing of the other cherub. | |
12 | Similiter cherub alterius ala, quinque habebat cubitos, et tangebat parietem: et ala ejus altera quinque cubitorum, alam cherub alterius contingebat. |
In lijk maner the wynge of the tother cherub hadde fyue cubitis, and touchide the wal, and the tother wynge therof of fyue cubitis touchide the wynge of the tothir cherub. |
In like manner the wing of the other cherub, was five cubits long, and reached to the wall: and his other wing was five cubits long, and touched the wing of the other cherub. | |
13 | Igitur alæ utriusque cherubim expansæ erant et extendebantur per cubitos viginti: ipsi autem stabant erectis pedibus, et facies eorum erant versæ ad exteriorem domum. |
Therfor the wyngis of euer eithir cherub weren spred abrood, and weren holdun forth bi twenti cubitis; sotheli thilke cherubyns stoden on the feet reisid, and her faces weren turned to the outermere hows. |
So the wings of the two cherubims were spread forth, and were extended twenty cubits: and they stood upright on their feet, and their faces were turned toward the house without. | |
14 | Fecit quoque velum ex hyacintho, purpura, cocco, et bysso: et intexuit ei cherubim. |
Also he made a veil of iacynct and purpur, of reed seelk and bijs; and weuyde cherubyns therynne. |
He made also a veil of violet, purple, scarlet, and silk: and wrought in it cherubims. | |
