25Sellum filius ejus, Mapsam filius ejus, Masma filius ejus. Sellum was his sone; Mapsan was his sone; Masma was his sone. Sellum his son, Mapsam his son, Masma his son.  
26Filii Masma: Hamuel filius ejus, Zachur filius ejus, Semei filius ejus. The sones of Masma; Amuel, his sone; and Zaccur, his sone; Semey, his sone. The sons of Masma: Hamuel his son, Zachur his son, Semei his son.  
27Filii Semei sedecim, et filiæ sex: fratres autem ejus non habuerunt filios multos, et universa cognatio non potuit adæquare summam filiorum Juda. The sones of Semey weren sixtene, and sixe douytris; sotheli hise britheren hadden not many sones, and al the kynrede myyte not be euene to the summe of the sones of Juda. The sons of Semei were sixteen, and six daughters: but his brethren had not many sons, and the whole kindred could not reach to the sum of the children of Juda.  
28Habitaverunt autem in Bersabee, et Molada, et Hasarsuhal, Forsothe thei dwelliden in Bersabee, and in Molada, and in Asarsual, And they dwelt in Bersabee, and Molada, and Hasarsuhal,

32Villæ quoque eorum: Etam, et Aën, Remmon, et Thochen, et Asan, civitates quinque. Also the townes of hem weren Ethan, and Aen, and Remmon, and Techen, and Asan; fyue citees. Their towns also were Etam, and Aen, Remmon, and Thochen, and Asan, five cities.  
33Et universi vinculi eorum per circuitum civitatum istarum usque ad Baal: hæc est habitatio eorum, et sedium distributio. And alle the vilagis of hem bi the cumpas of these citees, til to Baal; this is the dwellyng of hem, and the departyng of seetis. And all their villages round about these cities as far as Baal. This was their habitation, and the distribution of their dwellings.

37Ziza quoque filius Sephei filii Allon filii Idaia filii Semri filii Samaia. and Ziza, the sone of Sephei, the sone of Allon, sone of Abdaia, sone of Semry, sone of Samaia. Ziza also the son of Sephei the son of Allon the son of Idaia the son of Semri the son of Samaia.  
38Isti sunt nominati principes in cognationibus suis, et in domo affinitatum suarum multiplicati sunt vehementer. These ben princis nemyd in her kynredis, and ben multiplied greetli in the hows of her alies. These were named princes in their kindreds, and in the houses of their families were multiplied exceedingly.  
39Et profecti sunt ut ingrederentur in Gador usque ad orientem vallis, et ut quærerent pascua gregibus suis. And thei yeden forth to entre in to Gador, til to the eest of the valei, and to seke pasturis to her scheep. And they went forth to enter into Gador as far as to the east side of the valley, to seek pastures for their flocks.  
40Inveneruntque pascuas uberes, et valde bonas, et terram latissimam et quietam et fertilem, in qua ante habitaverant de stirpe Cham. And thei fonden pasturis ful plenteuouse, and ful goode, and a ful large lond, and restful, and plenteuouse, wherynne men of the generacioun of Cham hadden dwellid bifore. And they found fat pastures, and very good, and a country spacious, and quiet, and fruitful, in which some of the race of Cham had dwelt before.  
41Hi ergo venerunt, quos supra descripsimus nominatim, in diebus Ezechiæ regis Juda: et percusserunt tabernacula eorum, et habitatores qui inventi fuerant ibi, et deleverunt eos usque in præsentem diem: habitaveruntque pro eis, quoniam uberrimas pascuas ibidem repererunt. Therfor these men, whiche we discryueden bifore bi name, camen in the daies of Ezechie, kyng of Juda; and smytiden the tabernaclis of hem, and the dwelleris that weren foundun there; and thei diden awei hem til in to present dai; and thei dwelliden for hem, for thei founden there ful plenteuouse pasturis. And these whose names are written above, came in the days of Ezechias king of Juda: and they beat down their tents, and slew the inhabitants that were found there, and utterly destroyed them unto this day: and they dwelt in their place, because they found there fat pastures.  
42De filiis quoque Simeon abierunt in montem Seir viri quingenti, habentes principes Phalthiam et Naariam et Raphaiam et Oziel filios Jesi: Also fyue hundrid men of the sones of Symeon yeden in to the hil of Seir, and thei hadden princes Faltias, and Narias, and Raphaias, and Oziel, the sones of Jesi; Some also of the children of Simeon, five hundred men, went into mount Seir, having for their captains Phaltias and Naaria and Raphaia and Oziel the sons of Jesi:  
43et percusserunt reliquias, quæ evadere potuerant, Amalecitarum, et habitaverunt ibi pro eis usque ad diem hanc. and thei smytiden the relifs of Amalechites, that myyten ascape; and thei dwelliden there for hem til to this day. And they slew the remnant of the Amalecites, who had been able to escape, and they dwelt there in their stead unto this day.
