katapi HOME Ezekiel 44:1-3 - Use of the east gate.  Eze.44.1-3

44 1 He again brought me round to the outer gate of the sanctuary facing eastwards, and it was shut. 44 2 The LORD said to me, This gate shall be kept shut; it must not be opened. No man may enter by it, for the LORD the God of Israel has entered by it. It shall be kept shut. 44 3 The prince, however, when he is here as prince, may sit there to eat food in the presence of the LORD; he shall come in and go out by the vestibule of the gate.
