20 17 JESUS WAS JOURNEYING towards Jerusalem, and on the way he took the Twelve aside, and said to them, 20 18 'We are now going to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be given up to the chief priests and the doctors of the law; they will condemn him to death 20 19 and hand him over to the foreign power, to be mocked and flogged and crucified, and on the third day he will be raised to life again.'
