10 1 Then he called his twelve disciples to him and gave them authority to cast out unclean spirits and to cure every kind of ailment and disease.
10 2 These are the names of the twelve apostles: first Simon, also called Peter, and his brother Andrew; James son of Zebedee, and his brother John; 10 3 Philip and Bartholomew, Thomas and Matthew the tax-gatherer, James son of Alphaeus, Lebbaeus, Some winesses read: Thaddaeus 10 4 Simon, a member of the Zealot party, and Judas Iscariot, the man who betrayed him.
