21 1He looked up and saw the rich putting their gifts into the treasury; The Widow's Offering Lk.21.1-4 (Jerusalem) | Mk.12.41-44Ἀναβλέψας δὲ εἶδεν τοὺς βάλλοντας εἰς τὸ γαζοφυλάκιον τὰ δῶρα αὐτῶν πλουσίους.
2and he saw a poor widow put in two copper coins.
3And he said, "Truly I tell you, this poor widow has put in more than all of them; καὶ εἶπεν, Ἀληθῶς λέγω ὑμῖν ὅτι ἡ χήρα αὑτη ἡ πτωχὴ πλεῖον πάντων ἐβαλεν·
4for they all contributed out of their abundance, but she out of her poverty put in all the living that she had."
