41But he said to them, "How can they say that the Christ is David's son?The Question about David's Son Lk.20.41-44 (Jerusalem) | Mt.22.41-46 | Mk.12.35-37Εἶπεν δὲ πρὸς αὐτούς, Πῶς λέγουσιν τὸν Χριστὸν εἶναι Δαυὶδ υἱόν;
42For David himself says in the Book of Psalms,

'The Lord said to my Lord,
Sit at my right hand,

- The Lord said to my Lord Lk.20.42-44 | Ps.110.1αὐτὸς γὰρ Δαυὶδ λέγει ἐν βίβλῳ ψαλμῶν,

Εἶπεν κύριος τῷ κυρίῳ μου,
Κάθου ἐκ δεξιῶν μου

43till I make thy enemies a stool for thy feet.' ἕως ἂν θῶ τοὺς ἐχθρούς σου ὑποπόδιον τῶν ποδῶν σου.
44David thus calls him Lord; so how is he his son?" Δαυὶδ οὖν κύριον αὐτὸν καλεῖ, καὶ πῶς αὐτοῦ υἱός ἐστιν;
