| 22 | And they journeyed from Kadesh, and the people of Israel, the whole congregation, came to Mount Hor. | Death of Aaron. Nu.20.22-29 | וַיִּסְעוּ מִקָּדֵשׁ וַיָּבֹאוּ בְנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵל כָּל־הָעֵדָה הֹר הָהָר׃ |

| 23 | And Yahweh said to Moses and Aaron at Mount Hor, on the border of the land of Edom, | | וַיֹּאמֶר יְהוָה אֶל־מֹשֶׁה וְאֶל־אַהֲרֹן בְּהֹר הָהָר עַל־גְּבוּל אֶרֶץ־אֱדֹום לֵאמֹר׃ |

| 24 | "Aaron shall be gathered to his people; for he shall not enter the land which I have given to the people of Israel, because you rebelled against my command at the waters of Meribah. | | יֵאָסֵף אַהֲרֹן אֶל־עַמָּיו כִּי לֹא יָבֹא אֶל־הָאָרֶץ אֲשֶׁר נָתַתִּי לִבְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל עַל אֲשֶׁר־מְרִיתֶם אֶת־פִּי לְמֵי מְרִיבָה׃ |

| 25 | Take Aaron and Eleazar his son, and bring them up to Mount Hor; | | קַח אֶת־אַהֲרֹן וְאֶת־אֶלְעָזָר בְּנֹו וְהַעַל אֹתָם הֹר הָהָר׃ |

| 26 | and strip Aaron of his garments, and put them upon Eleazar his son; and Aaron shall be gathered to his people, and shall die there." | | וְהַפְשֵׁט אֶת־אַהֲרֹן אֶת־בְּגָדָיו וְהִלְבַּשְׁתָּם אֶת־אֶלְעָזָר בְּנֹו וְאַהֲרֹן יֵאָסֵף וּמֵת שָׁם׃ |

| 27 | Moses did as Yahweh commanded; and they went up Mount Hor in the sight of all the congregation. | | וַיַּעַשׂ מֹשֶׁה כַּאֲשֶׁר צִוָּה יְהוָה וַיַּעֲלוּ אֶל־הֹר הָהָר לְעֵינֵי כָּל־הָעֵדָה׃ |

| 28 | And Moses stripped Aaron of his garments, and put them upon Eleazar his son; and Aaron died there on the top of the mountain. Then Moses and Eleazar came down from the mountain. | | וַיַּפְשֵׁט מֹשֶׁה אֶת־אַהֲרֹן אֶת־בְּגָדָיו וַיַּלְבֵּשׁ אֹתָם אֶת־אֶלְעָזָר בְּנֹו וַיָּמָת אַהֲרֹן שָׁם בְּרֹאשׁ הָהָר וַיֵּרֶד מֹשֶׁה וְאֶלְעָזָר מִן־הָהָר׃ |

| 29 | And when all the congregation saw that Aaron was dead, all the house of Israel wept for Aaron thirty days. | | וַיִּרְאוּ כָּל־הָעֵדָה כִּי גָוַע אַהֲרֹן וַיִּבְכּוּ אֶת־אַהֲרֹן שְׁלֹשִׁים יֹום כֹּל בֵּית יִשְׂרָאֵל׃ ס |
