1 1The vision of Obadiah.

Thus says the Lord Yahweh concerning Edom:
We have heard tidings from Yahweh,
and a messenger has been sent among the nations:
"Rise up! let us rise against her for battle!"

OBADIAH. Ob.31.1חֲזֹון עֹבַדְיָה כֹּה־אָמַר אֲדֹנָי יְהוִה לֶאֱדֹום
    שְׁמוּעָה שָׁמַעְנוּ מֵאֵת יְהוָה וְצִיר בַּגֹּויִם שֻׁלָּח
    קוּמוּ וְנָקוּמָה עָלֶיהָ לַמִּלְחָמָה׃
