32Peter was making a general tour, in the course of which he went down to visit God's people at Lydda.The Healing of Aeneas Ac.9.32-35 (Lydda)Ἐγένετο δὲ Πέτρον διερχόμενον διὰ πάντων κατελθεῖν καὶ πρὸς τοὺς ἀγίους τοὺς κατοικοῦντας Λύδδα.
33There he found a man named Aeneas who had been bed-ridden with paralysis for eight years. εὗρεν δὲ ἐκεῖ ἄνθρωπόν τινα ὀνόματι Αἰνέαν ἐξ ἐτῶν ὀκτὼ κατακείμενον ἐπὶ κραβάττου, ὃς ἦν παραλελυμένος.
34Peter said to him, 'Aeneas, Jesus Christ cures you; get up and make your bed', and immediately he stood up. καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῷ ὁ Πέτρος, Αἰνέα, ἰᾶταί σε Ἰησοῦς Χριστός· ἀνάστηθι καὶ στρῶσον σεαυτῷ. καὶ εὐθέως ἀνέστη.
35All who lived in Lydda and Sharon saw him; and they turned to the Lord.
 καὶ εἶδαν αὐτὸν πάντες οἱ κατοικοῦντες Λύδδα καὶ τὸν Σαρῶνα, οἱτινες ἐπέστρεψαν ἐπὶ τὸν κύριον.
