| 36 | But Simon and his companions searched him out, | | καὶ κατεδίωξεν αὐτὸν Σίμων καὶ οἱ μετ' αὐτοῦ, |

| 37 | found him, and said, 'They are all looking for you.' | | καὶ εὗρον αὐτὸν καὶ λέγουσιν αὐτῷ ὅτι Πάντες ζητοῦσίν σε. |

| 38 | He answered, 'Let us move on to the country towns in the neighbourhood; I have to proclaim my message there also; that is what I came out to do.' | | καὶ λέγει αὐτοῖς, Ἄγωμεν ἀλλαχοῦ εἰς τὰς ἐχομένας κωμοπόλεις, ἵνα καὶ ἐκεῖ κηρύξω· εἰς τοῦτο γὰρ ἐξῆλθον. |

| 39 | So all through Galilee he went, preaching in the synagogues and casting out the devils.
| | καὶ ἦλθεν κηρύσσων εἰς τὰς συναγωγὰς αὐτῶν εἰς ὁλην τὴν Γαλιλαίαν καὶ τὰ δαιμόνια ἐκβάλλων. |
