| 13 | and told them to say, 'His disciples came by night and stole the body while we were asleep.' | | λέγοντες, Εἰπατε ὅτι Οἱ μαθηταὶ αὐτοῦ νυκτὸς ἐλθόντες ἐκλεψαν αὐτὸν ἡμῶν κοιμωμένων. |

| 15 | So they took the money and did as they were told. This story became widely known, and is current in Jewish circles this day.
| | οἱ δὲ λαβόντες τὰ ἀργύρια ἐποίησαν ὡς ἐδιδάχθησαν. Καὶ διεφημίσθη ὁ λόγος οὗτος παρὰ Ἰουδαίοις μέχρι τῆς σήμερον ἡμέρας. |
