| 35 | There Jesus was recognized by the people of the place, who sent out word to all the country round. And all who were ill were brought to him, | | καὶ ἐπιγνόντες αὐτὸν οἱ ἀνδρες τοῦ τόπου ἐκείνου ἀπέστειλαν εἰς ὁλην τὴν περίχωρον ἐκείνην, καὶ προσήνεγκαν αὐτῷ πάντας τοὺς κακῶς ἐχοντας, |

| 36 | and he was begged to allow them simply to touch the edge of his cloak. And everyone who touched it was completely cured.
| | καὶ παρεκάλουν αὐτὸν ἵνα μόνον ἀψωνται τοῦ κρασπέδου τοῦ ἱματίου αὐτοῦ· καὶ ὁσοι ἡψαντο διεσώθησαν. |
