New English Bible (New Testament) Passage New Testament in Greek (UBS.Ed.26)

'Beware of false prophets, men who come to you dressed up as sheep while underneath they are savage as wolves.A Tree Known by Its Fruit Mt.7.15-20 (Galilee) | Lk.6.43-44Προσέχετε ἀπὸ τῶν ψευδοπροφητῶν, οἱτινες ἐρχονται πρὸς ὑμᾶς ἐν ἐνδύμασιν προβάτων, ἐσωθεν δέ εἰσιν λύκοι ἀρπαγες.
You will recognize them by the fruits they bear. Can grapes be picked from briars, or figs from thistles? ἀπὸ τῶν καρπῶν αὐτῶν ἐπιγνώσεσθε αὐτούς· μήτι συλλέγουσιν ἀπὸ ἀκανθῶν σταφυλὰς ἢ ἀπὸ τριβόλων σῦκὰ;
In the same way, a good tree always yields good fruit, and a poor tree bad fruit.
A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, or a poor tree good fruit.
And when a tree does not yield good fruit it is cut down and burnt.
That is why I say you will recognize them by their fruits.
