| 15 | Blow the trumpet in Zion; sanctify a fast; call a solemn assembly; | תִּקְעוּ שֹׁופָר בְּצִיֹּון קַדְּשׁוּ־צֹום קִרְאוּ עֲצָרָה׃ | |
| 16 | gather the people. Sanctify the congregation; assemble the elders; gather the children, even nursing infants.
