28Concerning Kedar and the kingdoms of Hazor which Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon smote.

Thus says Yahweh:
"Rise up, advance against Kedar!
Destroy the people of the east!

    קוּמוּ עֲלוּ אֶל־קֵדָר וְשָׁדְדוּ אֶת־בְּנֵי־קֶדֶם׃
