| 2 | And Moses called Bezalel and Oholiab and every able man in whose mind Yahweh had put ability, every one whose heart stirred him up to come to do the work; | Too many gifts. Ex.36.2-7 | וַיִּקְרָא מֹשֶׁה אֶל־בְּצַלְאֵל וְאֶל־אָהֳלִיאָב וְאֶל כָּל־אִישׁ חֲכַם־לֵב אֲשֶׁר נָתַן יְהוָה חָכְמָה בְּלִבֹּו כֹּל אֲשֶׁר נְשָׂאֹו לִבֹּו לְקָרְבָה אֶל־הַמְּלָאכָה לַעֲשֹׂת אֹתָהּ׃ |

| 3 | and they received from Moses all the freewill offering which the people of Israel had brought for doing the work on the sanctuary. They still kept bringing him freewill offerings every morning, | | וַיִּקְחוּ מִלִּפְנֵי מֹשֶׁה אֵת כָּל־הַתְּרוּמָה אֲשֶׁר הֵבִיאוּ בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל לִמְלֶאכֶת עֲבֹדַת הַקֹּדֶשׁ לַעֲשֹׂת אֹתָהּ וְהֵם הֵבִיאוּ אֵלָיו עֹוד נְדָבָה בַּבֹּקֶר בַּבֹּקֶר׃ |

| 4 | so that all the able men who were doing every sort of task on the sanctuary came, each from the task that he was doing, | | וַיָּבֹאוּ כָּל־הַחֲכָמִים הָעֹשִׂים אֵת כָּל־מְלֶאכֶת הַקֹּדֶשׁ אִישׁ־אִישׁ מִמְּלַאכְתֹּו אֲשֶׁר־הֵמָּה עֹשִׂים׃ |

| 5 | and said to Moses, "The people bring much more than enough for doing the work which Yahweh has commanded us to do." | | וַיֹּאמְרוּ אֶל־מֹשֶׁה לֵּאמֹר מַרְבִּים הָעָם לְהָבִיא מִדֵּי הָעֲבֹדָה לַמְּלָאכָה אֲשֶׁר־צִוָּה יְהוָה לַעֲשֹׂת אֹתָהּ׃ |

| 6 | So Moses gave command, and word was proclaimed throughout the camp, "Let neither man nor woman do anything more for the offering for the sanctuary." So the people were restrained from bringing; | | וַיְצַו מֹשֶׁה וַיַּעֲבִירוּ קֹול בַּמַּחֲנֶה לֵאמֹר אִישׁ וְאִשָּׁה אַל־יַעֲשׂוּ־עֹוד מְלָאכָה לִתְרוּמַת הַקֹּדֶשׁ וַיִּכָּלֵא הָעָם מֵהָבִיא׃ |

| 7 | for the stuff they had was sufficient to do all the work, and more. | | וְהַמְּלָאכָה הָיְתָה דַיָּם לְכָל־הַמְּלָאכָה לַעֲשֹׂות אֹתָהּ וְהֹותֵר׃ ס |
