| 146 1 | Praise Yahweh! Praise Yahweh, O my soul! | Praise the Lord O my Soul. Psalm 146(v145) | הַלְלוּ־יָהּ הַלְלִי נַפְשִׁי אֶת־יְהוָה׃ |
| 2 | I will praise Yahweh as long as I live; I will sing praises to my God while I have being. | אֲהַלְלָה יְהוָה בְּחַיָּי אֲזַמְּרָה לֵאלֹהַי בְּעֹודִי׃ | |
| 3 | Put not your trust in princes, in a son of man, in whom there is no help. | אַל־תִּבְטְחוּ בִנְדִיבִים בְּבֶן־אָדָם שֶׁאֵין לֹו תְשׁוּעָה׃ | |
| 4 | When his breath departs he returns to his earth; on that very day his plans perish. | תֵּצֵא רוּחֹו יָשֻׁב לְאַדְמָתֹו בַּיֹּום הַהוּא אָבְדוּ עֶשְׁתֹּנֹתָיו׃ | |
| 5 | Happy is he whose help is the God of Jacob, whose hope is in Yahweh his God, | אַשְׁרֵי שֶׁאֵל יַעֲקֹב בְּעֶזְרֹו שִׂבְרֹו עַל־יְהוָה אֱלֹהָיו׃ | |
| 6 | who made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them; who keeps faith for ever; | עֹשֶׂה שָׁמַיִם וָאָרֶץ אֶת־הַיָּם וְאֶת־כָּל־אֲשֶׁר־בָּם הַשֹּׁמֵר אֱמֶת לְעֹולָם׃ | |
| 7 | who executes justice for the oppressed; who gives food to the hungry. Yahweh sets the prisoners free; | עֹשֶׂה מִשְׁפָּט לָעֲשׁוּקִים נֹתֵן לֶחֶם לָרְעֵבִים יְהוָה מַתִּיר אֲסוּרִים׃ | |
| 8 | Yahweh opens the eyes of the blind. Yahweh lifts up those who are bowed down; Yahweh loves the righteous. | יְהוָה פֹּקֵחַ עִוְרִים יְהוָה זֹקֵף כְּפוּפִים יְהוָה אֹהֵב צַדִּיקִים׃ | |
| 9 | Yahweh watches over the sojourners, he upholds the widow and the fatherless; but the way of the wicked he brings to ruin. | יְהוָה שֹׁמֵר אֶת־גֵּרִים יָתֹום וְאַלְמָנָה יְעֹודֵד וְדֶרֶךְ רְשָׁעִים יְעַוֵּת׃ | |
