|καὶ καθὼς ἐγένετο ἐν ταῖς ἡμέραις Νῶε, οὑτως ἐσται καὶ ἐν ταῖς ἡμέραις τοῦ υἱοῦ τοῦ ἀνθρώπου·

|ἠσθιον, ἐπινον, ἐγάμουν, ἐγαμίζοντο, ἀχρι ἧς ἡμέρας εἰσῆλθεν Νῶε εἰς τὴν κιβωτόν, καὶ ἦλθεν ὁ κατακλυσμὸς καὶ ἀπώλεσεν πάντας.
||They ate, they drank, they married, they were given in marriage, until the day when Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all.||
|ὁμοίως καθὼς ἐγένετο ἐν ταῖς ἡμέραις λώτ· ἠσθιον, ἐπινον, ἠγόραζον, ἐπώλουν, ἐφύτευον, ᾠκοδόμουν·
||Likewise as it was in the days of Lot - they ate, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they built,||
|ᾗ δὲ ἡμέρᾳ ἐξῆλθεν Λὼτ ἀπὸ Σοδόμων, ἐβρεξεν πῦρ καὶ θεῖον ἀπ' οὐρανοῦ καὶ ἀπώλεσεν πάντας.
||but on the day when Lot went out from Sodom fire and sulphur rained from heaven and destroyed them all -||
|κατὰ τὰ αὐτὰ ἐσται ᾗ ἡμέρᾳ ὁ υἱὸς τοῦ ἀνθρώπου ἀποκαλύπτεται.
||so will it be on the day when the Son of man is revealed.||
