Καὶ Ἰούδας Ἰσκαριὼθ ὁ εἷς τῶν δώδεκα ἀπῆλθεν πρὸς τοὺς ἀρχιερεῖς ἵνα αὐτὸν παραδοῖ αὐτοῖς. Then Judas Iscariot, who was one of the twelve, went to the chief priests in order to betray him to them.Judas' Agreement to Betray Jesus Mk.14.10-11 | Mt.26.14-16 | Lk.22.3-6
οἱ δὲ ἀκούσαντες ἐχάρησαν καὶ ἐπηγγείλαντο αὐτῷ ἀργύριον δοῦναι. καὶ ἐζήτει πῶς αὐτὸν εὐκαίρως παραδοῖ. And when they heard it they were glad, and promised to give him money. And he sought an opportunity to betray him.
