Καὶ εὐθὺς τὸ Πνεῦμα αὐτὸν ἐκβάλλει εἰς τὴν ἐρημον. The Spirit immediately drove him out into the wilderness.The Temptation of Jesus Mk.1.12-13 | Mt.4.1-11 | Lk.4.1-13
καὶ ἦν ἐν τῇ ἐρήμῳ τεσσεράκοντα ἡμέρας πειραζόμενος ὑπὸ τοῦ Σατανᾶ, καὶ ἦν μετὰ τῶν θηρίων, καὶ οἱ ἀγγελοι διηκόνουν αὐτῷ. And he was in the wilderness forty days, tempted by Satan; and he was with the wild beasts; and the angels ministered to him.
