24 ΚΑΤΑ ΜΑΘΘΑΙΟΝ Matthew Reference
Ἀπὸ δὲ τῆς συκῆς μάθετε τὴν παραβολήν· ὁταν ἠδη ὁ κλάδος αὐτῆς γένηται ἀπαλὸς καὶ τὰ φύλλα ἐκφύῃ, γινώσκετε ὅτι ἐγγὺς τὸ θέρος· "From the fig tree learn its lesson: as soon as its branch becomes tender and puts forth its leaves, you know that summer is near.The Lesson of the Fig Tree Mt.24.32-35 | Mk.13.28-31 | Lk.21.29-33
οὑτως καὶ ὑμεῖς, ὁταν ἰδητε πάντα ταῦτα, γινώσκετε ὅτι ἐγγύς ἐστιν ἐπὶ θύραις. So also, when you see all these things, you know that he is near, at the very gates. 
ἀμὴν λέγω ὑμῖν ὅτι οὐ μὴ παρέλθῃ ἡ γενεὰ αὑτη ἑως ἂν πάντα ταῦτα γένηται. Truly, I say to you, this generation will not pass away till all these things take place. 
ὁ οὐρανὸς καὶ ἡ γῆ παρελεύσεται, οἱ δὲ λόγοι μου οὐ μὴ παρέλθωσιν. Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away.
