1Καὶ ἐκπορευομένου αὐτοῦ ἐκ τοῦ ἱεροῦ λέγει αὐτῷ εἷς τῶν μαθητῶν αὐτοῦ, Διδάσκαλε, ἰδε ποταποὶ λίθοι καὶ ποταπαὶ οἰκοδομαί. AS HE WAS LEAVING the temple, one of his disciples exclaimed, 'Look, Master, what huge stones! What fine buildings!' The Destruction of the Temple Foretold Mk.13.1-2 | Mt.24.1-2 | Lk.21.5-6
2καὶ ὁ Ἰησοῦς εἶπεν αὐτῷ, Βλέπεις ταύτας τὰς μεγάλας οἰκοδομάς; οὐ μὴ ἀφεθῇ ὧδε λίθος ἐπὶ λίθον ὃς οὐ μὴ καταλυθῇ. Jesus said to him, 'You see these great buildings? Not one stone will be left upon another; all will be thrown down.'
