| 1 | Καὶ ἐλάλησεν κύριος πρὸς Μωυσῆν λέγων |
And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, | Laws of Holiness and Justice. Lv.19.1-37 | And the LORD said to Moses, | וַיְדַבֵּר יְהוָה אֶל־מֹשֶׁה לֵּאמֹר׃ |

| 2 | Λάλησον τῇ συναγωγῇ τῶν υἱῶν Ισραηλ καὶ ἐρεῖς πρὸς αὐτούς Ἅγιοι ἔσεσθε, ὅτι ἐγὼ ἅγιος, κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὑμῶν. |
Speak to the congregation of the children of Israel, and you shall say to them, Ye shall be holy; for I the Lord your God [am] holy. | | "Say to all the congregation of the people of Israel, You shall be holy; for I the LORD your God am holy. | דַּבֵּר אֶל־כָּל־עֲדַת בְּנֵי־יִשְׂרָאֵל וְאָמַרְתָּ אֲלֵהֶם קְדֹשִׁים תִּהְיוּ כִּי קָדֹושׁ אֲנִי יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם׃ |

| 3 | ἕκαστος πατέρα αὐτοῦ καὶ μητέρα αὐτοῦ φοβείσθω, καὶ τὰ σάββατά μου φυλάξεσθε· ἐγὼ κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὑμῶν. |
Let every one of you reverence his father and his mother; and you shall keep my sabbaths: I [am] the Lord your God. | | Every one of you shall revere his mother and his father, and you shall keep my sabbaths: I am the LORD your God. | אִישׁ אִמֹּו וְאָבִיו תִּירָאוּ וְאֶת־שַׁבְּתֹתַי תִּשְׁמֹרוּ אֲנִי יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם׃ |

| 4 | οὐκ ἐπακολουθήσετε εἰδώλοις καὶ θεοὺς χωνευτοὺς οὐ ποιήσετε ὑμῖν· ἐγὼ κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὑμῶν. - |
Ye shall not follow idols, and you shall not make to yourselves molten gods: I [am] the Lord your God. | | Do not turn to idols or make for yourselves molten gods: I am the LORD your God. | אַל־תִּפְנוּ אֶל־הָאֱלִילִים וֵאלֹהֵי מַסֵּכָה לֹא תַעֲשׂוּ לָכֶם אֲנִי יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם׃ |

| 5 | καὶ ἐὰν θύσητε θυσίαν σωτηρίου τῷ κυρίῳ, δεκτὴν ὑμῶν θύσετε. |
And if you will sacrifice a peace-offering to the Lord, you shall offer it acceptable from yourselves. | | "When you offer a sacrifice of peace offerings to the LORD, you shall offer it so that you may be accepted. | וְכִי תִזְבְּחוּ זֶבַח שְׁלָמִים לַיהוָה לִרְצֹנְכֶם תִּזְבָּחֻהוּ׃ |

| 6 | ᾗ ἂν ἡμέρᾳ θύσητε, βρωθήσεται καὶ τῇ αὔριον· καὶ ἐὰν καταλειφθῇ ἕως ἡμέρας τρίτης, ἐν πυρὶ κατακαυθήσεται. |
In what day soever you shall sacrifice it, it shall be eaten; and on the following day, and if any of it should be left till the third day, it shall be thoroughly burnt with fire. | | It shall be eaten the same day you offer it, or on the morrow; and anything left over until the third day shall be burned with fire. | בְּיֹום זִבְחֲכֶם יֵאָכֵל וּמִמָּחֳרָת וְהַנֹּותָר עַד־יֹום הַשְּׁלִישִׁי בָּאֵשׁ יִשָּׂרֵף׃ |

| 7 | ἐὰν δὲ βρώσει βρωθῇ τῇ ἡμέρᾳ τῇ τρίτῃ, ἄθυτόν ἐστιν, οὐ δεχθήσεται· |
And if it should be at all eaten on the third day, it is unfit for sacrifice: it shall not be accepted. | | If it is eaten at all on the third day, it is an abomination; it will not be accepted, | וְאִם הֵאָכֹל יֵאָכֵל בַּיֹּום הַשְּׁלִישִׁי פִּגּוּל הוּא לֹא יֵרָצֶה׃ |

| 8 | ὁ δὲ ἔσθων αὐτὸ ἁμαρτίαν λήμψεται, ὅτι τὰ ἅγια κυρίου ἐβεβήλωσεν· καὶ ἐξολεθρευθήσονται αἱ ψυχαὶ αἱ ἔσθουσαι ἐκ τοῦ λαοῦ αὐτῶν. |
And he that eats it shall bear his iniquity, because he has profaned the holy things of the Lord; and the souls that eat it shall be destroyed from among their people. | | and every one who eats it shall bear his iniquity, because he has profaned a holy thing of the LORD; and that person shall be cut off from his people. | וְאֹכְלָיו עֲוֹנֹו יִשָּׂא כִּי־אֶת־קֹדֶשׁ יְהוָה חִלֵּל וְנִכְרְתָה הַנֶּפֶשׁ הַהִוא מֵעַמֶּיהָ׃ |

| 9 | Καὶ ἐκθεριζόντων ὑμῶν τὸν θερισμὸν τῆς γῆς ὑμῶν οὐ συντελέσετε τὸν θερισμὸν ὑμῶν τοῦ ἀγροῦ ἐκθερίσαι καὶ τὰ ἀποπίπτοντα τοῦ θερισμοῦ σου οὐ συλλέξεις |
And when you reap the harvest of your land, you shall not complete the reaping of your field with exactness, and you shall not gather that which falls from your reaping. | | "When you reap the harvest of your land, you shall not reap your field to its very border, neither shall you gather the gleanings after your harvest. | וּבְקֻצְרְכֶם אֶת־קְצִיר אַרְצְכֶם לֹא תְכַלֶּה פְּאַת שָׂדְךָ לִקְצֹר וְלֶקֶט קְצִירְךָ לֹא תְלַקֵּט׃ |
9 |
| 10 | καὶ τὸν ἀμπελῶνά σου οὐκ ἐπανατρυγήσεις οὐδὲ τοὺς ῥῶγας τοῦ ἀμπελῶνός σου συλλέξεις· τῷ πτωχῷ καὶ τῷ προσηλύτῳ καταλείψεις αὐτά· ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὑμῶν. |
And you shall not go over the gathering of your vineyard, neither shall you gather the remaining grapes of your vineyard: you shall leave them for the poor and the stranger: I am the Lord your God. | | And you shall not strip your vineyard bare, neither shall you gather the fallen grapes of your vineyard; you shall leave them for the poor and for the sojourner: I am the LORD your God. | וְכַרְמְךָ לֹא תְעֹולֵל וּפֶרֶט כַּרְמְךָ לֹא תְלַקֵּט לֶעָנִי וְלַגֵּר תַּעֲזֹב אֹתָם אֲנִי יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם׃ |
10 |
| 11 | Οὐ κλέψετε. οὐ ψεύσεσθε. οὐ συκοφαντήσει ἕκαστος τὸν πλησίον. |
Ye shall not steal, you shall not lie, neither shall one bear false witness as an informer against his neighbour. | | "You shall not steal, nor deal falsely, nor lie to one another. | לֹא תִּגְנֹבוּ וְלֹא־תְכַחֲשׁוּ וְלֹא־תְשַׁקְּרוּ אִישׁ בַּעֲמִיתֹו׃ |
11 |
| 12 | καὶ οὐκ ὀμεῖσθε τῷ ὀνόματί μου ἐπ' ἀδίκῳ καὶ οὐ βεβηλώσετε τὸ ὄνομα τοῦ θεοῦ ὑμῶν· ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὑμῶν. |
And you shall not swear unjustly by my name, and you shall not profane the holy name of your God: I am the Lord your God. | | And you shall not swear by my name falsely, and so profane the name of your God: I am the LORD. | וְלֹא־תִשָּׁבְעוּ בִשְׁמִי לַשָּׁקֶר וְחִלַּלְתָּ אֶת־שֵׁם אֱלֹהֶיךָ אֲנִי יְהוָה׃ |
12 |
| 13 | οὐκ ἀδικήσεις τὸν πλησίον καὶ οὐχ ἁρπάσεις, καὶ οὐ μὴ κοιμηθήσεται ὁ μισθὸς τοῦ μισθωτοῦ παρὰ σοὶ ἕως πρωί. |
You shall not injure your neighbour, neither do you rob [him], neither shall the wages of your hireling remain with you until the morning. | | "You shall not oppress your neighbor or rob him. The wages of a hired servant shall not remain with you all night until the morning. | לֹא־תַעֲשֹׁק אֶת־רֵעֲךָ וְלֹא תִגְזֹל לֹא־תָלִין פְּעֻלַּת שָׂכִיר אִתְּךָ עַד־בֹּקֶר׃ |
13 |
| 14 | οὐ κακῶς ἐρεῖς κωφὸν καὶ ἀπέναντι τυφλοῦ οὐ προσθήσεις σκάνδαλον καὶ φοβηθήσῃ κύριον τὸν θεόν σου· ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὑμῶν. |
You shall not revile the deaf, neither shall you put a stumbling-block in the way of the blind; and you shall fear the Lord your God: I am the Lord your God. | | You shall not curse the deaf or put a stumbling block before the blind, but you shall fear your God: I am the LORD. | לֹא־תְקַלֵּל חֵרֵשׁ וְלִפְנֵי עִוֵּר לֹא תִתֵּן מִכְשֹׁל וְיָרֵאתָ מֵּאֱלֹהֶיךָ אֲנִי יְהוָה׃ |
14 |
| 15 | Οὐ ποιήσετε ἄδικον ἐν κρίσει· οὐ λήμψῃ πρόσωπον πτωχοῦ οὐδὲ θαυμάσεις πρόσωπον δυνάστου, ἐν δικαιοσύνῃ κρινεῖς τὸν πλησίον σου. |
You shall not act unjustly in judgment: you shall not accept the person of the poor, nor admire the person of the mighty; with justice shall you judge your neighbour. | | "You shall do no injustice in judgment; you shall not be partial to the poor or defer to the great, but in righteousness shall you judge your neighbor. | לֹא־תַעֲשׂוּ עָוֶל בַּמִּשְׁפָּט לֹא־תִשָּׂא פְנֵי־דָל וְלֹא תֶהְדַּר פְּנֵי גָדֹול בְּצֶדֶק תִּשְׁפֹּט עֲמִיתֶךָ׃ |
15 |
| 16 | οὐ πορεύσῃ δόλῳ ἐν τῷ ἔθνει σου, οὐκ ἐπισυστήσῃ ἐφ' αἷμα τοῦ πλησίον σου· ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὑμῶν. |
You shall not walk deceitfully among your people; you shall not rise up against the blood of your neighbour: I am the Lord your God. | | You shall not go up and down as a slanderer among your people, and you shall not stand forth against the life of your neighbor: I am the LORD. | לֹא־תֵלֵךְ רָכִיל בְּעַמֶּיךָ לֹא תַעֲמֹד עַל־דַּם רֵעֶךָ אֲנִי יְהוָה׃ |
16 |
| 17 | οὐ μισήσεις τὸν ἀδελφόν σου τῇ διανοίᾳ σου, ἐλεγμῷ ἐλέγξεις τὸν πλησίον σου καὶ οὐ λήμψῃ δι' αὐτὸν ἁμαρτίαν. |
You shall not hate your brother in your heart: you shall in any wise rebuke your neighbour, so you shall not bear sin on his account. | | "You shall not hate your brother in your heart, but you shall reason with your neighbor, lest you bear sin because of him. | לֹא־תִשְׂנָא אֶת־אָחִיךָ בִּלְבָבֶךָ הֹוכֵחַ תֹּוכִיחַ אֶת־עֲמִיתֶךָ וְלֹא־תִשָּׂא עָלָיו חֵטְא׃ |
17 |
| 18 | καὶ οὐκ ἐκδικᾶταί σου ἡ χείρ, καὶ οὐ μηνιεῖς τοῖς υἱοῖς τοῦ λαοῦ σου καὶ ἀγαπήσεις τὸν πλησίον σου ὡς σεαυτόν· ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος. |
And your hand shall not avenge you; and you shall not be angry with the children of your people; and you shall love your neighbour as yourself; I am the Lord | | You shall not take vengeance or bear any grudge against the sons of your own people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself: I am the LORD. | לֹא־תִקֹּם וְלֹא־תִטֹּר אֶת־בְּנֵי עַמֶּךָ וְאָהַבְתָּ לְרֵעֲךָ כָּמֹוךָ אֲנִי יְהוָה׃ |
18 |
| 19 | Τὸν νόμον μου φυλάξεσθε· τὰ κτήνη σου οὐ κατοχεύσεις ἑτεροζύγῳ καὶ τὸν ἀμπελῶνά σου οὐ κατασπερεῖς διάφορον καὶ ἱμάτιον ἐκ δύο ὑφασμένον κίβδηλον οὐκ ἐπιβαλεῖς σεαυτῷ. |
Ye shall observe my law: you shall not let your cattle gender with one of a different kind, and you shall not sow your vineyard with diverse seed; and you shall not put upon yourself a mingled garment woven of two [materials]. | | "You shall keep my statutes. You shall not let your cattle breed with a different kind; you shall not sow your field with two kinds of seed; nor shall there come upon you a garment of cloth made of two kinds of stuff. | אֶת־חֻקֹּתַי תִּשְׁמֹרוּ בְּהֶמְתְּךָ לֹא־תַרְבִּיעַ כִּלְאַיִם שָׂדְךָ לֹא־תִזְרַע כִּלְאָיִם וּבֶגֶד כִּלְאַיִם שַׁעַטְנֵז לֹא יַעֲלֶה עָלֶיךָ׃ ף |
19 |
| 20 | Καὶ ἐάν τις κοιμηθῇ μετὰ γυναικὸς κοίτην σπέρματος καὶ αὐτὴ οἰκέτις διαπεφυλαγμένη ἀνθρώπῳ καὶ αὐτὴ λύτροις οὐ λελύτρωται ἢ ἐλευθερία οὐκ ἐδόθη αὐτῇ, ἐπισκοπὴ ἔσται αὐτοῖς· οὐκ ἀποθανοῦνται, ὅτι οὐκ ἀπηλευθερώθη. |
And if any one lie carnally with a woman, and she should be a home-servant kept for a man, and she has not been ransomed, [and] her freedom has not been given to her, they shall be visited [with punishment]; but they shall not die, because she was not set at liberty. | | "If a man lies carnally with a woman who is a slave, betrothed to another man and not yet ransomed or given her freedom, an inquiry shall be held. They shall not be put to death, because she was not free; | וְאִישׁ כִּי־יִשְׁכַּב אֶת־אִשָּׁה שִׁכְבַת־זֶרַע וְהִוא שִׁפְחָה נֶחֱרֶפֶת לְאִישׁ וְהָפְדֵּה לֹא נִפְדָּתָה אֹו חֻפְשָׁה לֹא נִתַּן־לָהּ בִּקֹּרֶת תִּהְיֶה לֹא יוּמְתוּ כִּי־לֹא חֻפָּשָׁה׃ |

| 21 | καὶ προσάξει τῆς πλημμελείας αὐτοῦ τῷ κυρίῳ παρὰ τὴν θύραν τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου κριὸν πλημμελείας· |
And he shall bring for his trespass to the Lord to the door of the tabernacle of witness, a ram for a trespass-offering. | | but he shall bring a guilt offering for himself to the LORD, to the door of the tent of meeting, a ram for a guilt offering. | וְהֵבִיא אֶת־אֲשָׁמֹו לַיהוָה אֶל־פֶּתַח אֹהֶל מֹועֵד אֵיל אָשָׁם׃ |
21 |
| 22 | καὶ ἐξιλάσεται περὶ αὐτοῦ ὁ ἱερεὺς ἐν τῷ κριῷ τῆς πλημμελείας ἔναντι κυρίου περὶ τῆς ἁμαρτίας, ἧς ἥμαρτεν, καὶ ἀφεθήσεται αὐτῷ ἡ ἁμαρτία, ἣν ἥμαρτεν. |
And the priest shall make atonement for him with the ram of the trespass-offering, before the Lord, for the sin which he sinned; and the sin which he sinned shall be forgiven him. | | And the priest shall make atonement for him with the ram of the guilt offering before the LORD for his sin which he has committed; and the sin which he has committed shall be forgiven him. | וְכִפֶּר עָלָיו הַכֹּהֵן בְּאֵיל הָאָשָׁם לִפְנֵי יְהוָה עַל־חַטָּאתֹו אֲשֶׁר חָטָא וְנִסְלַח לֹו מֵחַטָּאתֹו אֲשֶׁר חָטָא׃ ף |

| 23 | Ὅταν δὲ εἰσέλθητε εἰς τὴν γῆν, ἣν κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὑμῶν δίδωσιν ὑμῖν, καὶ καταφυτεύσετε πᾶν ξύλον βρώσιμον καὶ περικαθαριεῖτε τὴν ἀκαθαρσίαν αὐτοῦ· ὁ καρπὸς αὐτοῦ τρία ἔτη ἔσται ὑμῖν ἀπερικάθαρτος, οὐ βρωθήσεται· |
And whenever you shall enter into the land which the Lord your God gives you, and shall plant any fruit-tree, then shall you purge away its uncleanness; its fruit shall be three years uncleansed to you, it shall not be eaten. | | "When you come into the land and plant all kinds of trees for food, then you shall count their fruit as forbidden; three years it shall be forbidden to you, it must not be eaten. | וְכִי־תָבֹאוּ אֶל־הָאָרֶץ וּנְטַעְתֶּם כָּל־עֵץ מַאֲכָל וַעֲרַלְתֶּם עָרְלָתֹו אֶת־פִּרְיֹו שָׁלֹשׁ שָׁנִים יִהְיֶה לָכֶם עֲרֵלִים לֹא יֵאָכֵל׃ |
23 |
| 24 | καὶ τῷ ἔτει τῷ τετάρτῳ ἔσται πᾶς ὁ καρπὸς αὐτοῦ ἅγιος αἰνετὸς τῷ κυρίῳ· |
And in the fourth year all its fruit shall be holy, a subject of praise to the Lord. | | And in the fourth year all their fruit shall be holy, an offering of praise to the LORD. | וּבַשָּׁנָה הָרְבִיעִת יִהְיֶה כָּל־פִּרְיֹו קֹדֶשׁ הִלּוּלִים לַיהוָה׃ |

| 25 | ἐν δὲ τῷ ἔτει τῷ πέμπτῳ φάγεσθε τὸν καρπόν, πρόσθεμα ὑμῖν τὰ γενήματα αὐτοῦ· ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὑμῶν. |
And in the fifth year you shall eat the fruit, its produce is an increase to you. I am the Lord your God. | | But in the fifth year you may eat of their fruit, that they may yield more richly for you: I am the LORD your God. | וּבַשָּׁנָה הַחֲמִישִׁת תֹּאכְלוּ אֶת־פִּרְיֹו לְהֹוסִיף לָכֶם תְּבוּאָתֹו אֲנִי יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם׃ |
25 |
| 26 | Μὴ ἔσθετε ἐπὶ τῶν ὀρέων καὶ οὐκ οἰωνιεῖσθε οὐδὲ ὀρνιθοσκοπήσεσθε. |
Eat not on the mountains, nor shall you employ auguries, nor divine by inspection of birds. | | "You shall not eat any flesh with the blood in it. You shall not practice augury or witchcraft. | לֹא תֹאכְלוּ עַל־הַדָּם לֹא תְנַחֲשׁוּ וְלֹא תְעֹונֵנוּ׃ |
26 |
| 27 | οὐ ποιήσετε σισόην ἐκ τῆς κόμης τῆς κεφαλῆς ὑμῶν οὐδὲ φθερεῖτε τὴν ὄψιν τοῦ πώγωνος ὑμῶν. |
Ye shall not make a round cutting of the hair of your head, nor disfigure your beard. | | You shall not round off the hair on your temples or mar the edges of your beard. | לֹא תַקִּפוּ פְּאַת רֹאשְׁכֶם וְלֹא תַשְׁחִית אֵת פְּאַת זְקָנֶךָ׃ |
27 |
| 28 | καὶ ἐντομίδας ἐπὶ ψυχῇ οὐ ποιήσετε ἐν τῷ σώματι ὑμῶν καὶ γράμματα στικτὰ οὐ ποιήσετε ἐν ὑμῖν· ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὑμῶν. |
And you shall not make cuttings in your body for a [dead] body, and you shall not inscribe on yourselves any marks. I am the Lord your God. | | You shall not make any cuttings in your flesh on account of the dead or tattoo any marks upon you: I am the LORD. | וְשֶׂרֶט לָנֶפֶשׁ לֹא תִתְּנוּ בִּבְשַׂרְכֶם וּכְתֹבֶת קַעֲקַע לֹא תִתְּנוּ בָּכֶם אֲנִי יְהוָה׃ |
28 |
| 29 | οὐ βεβηλώσεις τὴν θυγατέρα σου ἐκπορνεῦσαι αὐτήν, καὶ οὐκ ἐκπορνεύσει ἡ γῆ καὶ ἡ γῆ πλησθήσεται ἀνομίας. |
You shall not profane your daughter to prostitute her; so the land shall not go a whoring, and the land be filled with iniquity. | | "Do not profane your daughter by making her a harlot, lest the land fall into harlotry and the land become full of wickedness. | אַל־תְּחַלֵּל אֶת־בִּתְּךָ לְהַזְנֹותָהּ וְלֹא־תִזְנֶה הָאָרֶץ וּמָלְאָה הָאָרֶץ זִמָּה׃ |
29 |
| 30 | Τὰ σάββατά μου φυλάξεσθε καὶ ἀπὸ τῶν ἁγίων μου φοβηθήσεσθε· ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος. |
Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuaries: I am the Lord. | | You shall keep my sabbaths and reverence my sanctuary: I am the LORD. | אֶת־שַׁבְּתֹתַי תִּשְׁמֹרוּ וּמִקְדָּשִׁי תִּירָאוּ אֲנִי יְהוָה׃ |

| 31 | οὐκ ἐπακολουθήσετε ἐγγαστριμύθοις καὶ τοῖς ἐπαοιδοῖς οὐ προσκολληθήσεσθε ἐκμιανθῆναι ἐν αὐτοῖς· ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὑμῶν. |
Ye shall not attend to those who have in them divining spirits, nor attach yourselves to enchanters, to pollute yourselves with them: I am the Lord your God. | | "Do not turn to mediums or wizards; do not seek them out, to be defiled by them: I am the LORD your God. | אַל־תִּפְנוּ אֶל־הָאֹבֹת וְאֶל־הַיִּדְּעֹנִים אַל־תְּבַקְשׁוּ לְטָמְאָה בָהֶם אֲנִי יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם׃ |
31 |
| 32 | ἀπὸ προσώπου πολιοῦ ἐξαναστήσῃ καὶ τιμήσεις πρόσωπον πρεσβυτέρου καὶ φοβηθήσῃ τὸν θεόν σου· ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὑμῶν. |
You shall rise up before the hoary head, and honour the face of the old an, and shall fear your God: I am the Lord your God. | | "You shall rise up before the hoary head, and honor the face of an old man, and you shall fear your God: I am the LORD. | מִפְּנֵי שֵׂיבָה תָּקוּם וְהָדַרְתָּ פְּנֵי זָקֵן וְיָרֵאתָ מֵּאֱלֹהֶיךָ אֲנִי יְהוָה׃ ף |
32 |
| 33 | Ἑὰν δέ τις προσέλθῃ προσήλυτος ὑμῖν ἐν τῇ γῇ ὑμῶν, οὐ θλίψετε αὐτόν· |
And if there should come to you a stranger in your land, you shall not afflict him. | | "When a stranger sojourns with you in your land, you shall not do him wrong. | וְכִי־יָגוּר אִתְּךָ גֵּר בְּאַרְצְכֶם לֹא תֹונוּ אֹתֹו׃ |
33 |
| 34 | ὡς ὁ αὐτόχθων ἐν ὑμῖν ἔσται ὁ προσήλυτος ὁ προσπορευόμενος πρὸς ὑμᾶς, καὶ ἀγαπήσεις αὐτὸν ὡς σεαυτόν, ὅτι προσήλυτοι ἐγενήθητε ἐν γῇ Αἰγύπτῳ· ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὑμῶν. |
The stranger that comes to you shall be among you as the native, and you shall love him as yourself; for you were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the Lord your God. | | The stranger who sojourns with you shall be to you as the native among you, and you shall love him as yourself; for you were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God. | כְּאֶזְרָח םִכֶּם יִהְיֶה לָכֶם הַגֵּר הַגָּר אִתְּכֶם וְאָהַבְתָּ לֹו כָּמֹוךָ כִּי־גֵרִים הֱיִיתֶם בְּאֶרֶץ מִצְרָיִם אֲנִי יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם׃ |
34 |
| 35 | οὐ ποιήσετε ἄδικον ἐν κρίσει ἐν μέτροις καὶ ἐν σταθμίοις καὶ ἐν ζυγοῖς· |
Ye shall not act unrighteously in judgment, in measures and weights and scales. | | "You shall do no wrong in judgment, in measures of length or weight or quantity. | לֹא־תַעֲשׂוּ עָוֶל בַּמִּשְׁפָּט בַּמִּדָּה בַּמִּשְׁקָל וּבַמְּשׂוּרָה׃ |
35 |
| 36 | ζυγὰ δίκαια καὶ στάθμια δίκαια καὶ χοῦς δίκαιος ἔσται ὑμῖν· ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὑμῶν ὁ ἐξαγαγὼν ὑμᾶς ἐκ γῆς Αἰγύπτου. |
There shall be among you just balances and just weights and just liquid measure. I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt. | | You shall have just balances, just weights, a just ephah, and a just hin: I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt. | מֹאזְנֵי צֶדֶק אַבְנֵי־צֶדֶק אֵיפַת צֶדֶק וְהִין צֶדֶק יִהְיֶה לָכֶם אֲנִי יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם אֲשֶׁר־הֹוצֵאתִי אֶתְכֶם מֵאֶרֶץ מִצְרָיִם׃ |
36 |
| 37 | Καὶ φυλάξεσθε πάντα τὸν νόμον μου καὶ πάντα τὰ προστάγματά μου καὶ ποιήσετε αὐτά· ἐγώ εἰμι κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὑμῶν. |
And you shall keep all my law and all my ordinances, and you shall do them: I am the Lord your God. | | And you shall observe all my statutes and all my ordinances, and do them: I am the Lord." | וּשְׁמַרְתֶּם אֶת־כָּל־חֻקֹּתַי וְאֶת־כָּל־מִשְׁפָּטַי וַעֲשִׂיתֶמ אֹתָם אֲנִי יְהוָה׃ ף |
