It contains the whole Bible, written in the fourth century, and is (apart from the papyri) the oldest and generally the best extant copy of the Septuagint.
This is folio 575v of Esdra A (Esdr.1:44-2:7). The beginning of Chapter is marked delta in the left margin, and CAP II in the right margin.
The page tells of the reign of Zedekiah, and the fall of Jerusalem (end of chapter 1). Chapter tells of the edict of Cyrus, that the exiles may return to Judea and rebuild the temple in Jerusalem.
